NCLT reconstitutes benches for regular hearing from 1 December

The NCLT benches have been reconstituted to attend regular hearing through video conference with effect from 1 December 2020. The Benches will be hearing matters of their respective jurisdictions as they were doing before the lockdown period (Before 23 March 2020). All matters including those pending before the lockdown and those filed during the lockdown will be heard regularly on all working days.
