Recruitment of managing director of IIIPI
The Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI) is a subsidiary of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is registered as a Section 8 Company to enroll and regulate Insolvency Professionals as its members in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.
IIIPI is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead the institution in the dynamic and evolving field of insolvency. Applications are invited online for the position of Managing Director as per the details below:
Position Details
| Criteria | Details |
|---|---|
| Professional Qualification | Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) / Cost Accountant / Lawyer / Management Professional with relevant experience. Preference will be given to Chartered Accountants with Insolvency Professional qualifications recognized by IBBI. |
| Age Limit | Not above 55 years. May be relaxed up to 60 years in exceptional cases as per IBC and IBBI (Model Bye-laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016. |
| Experience | Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience at a senior level, including at least 5 years in a CEO or next-to-CEO position in the Financial Services sector. Experience in compliance, regulatory, monitoring, and disciplinary functions is essential. |
| Tenure of Service | Selected candidate will be appointed for a 5-year term, subject to annual review. |
| Compensation | Competitive package aligned with industry norms, depending on experience and qualifications. |
