Rs 16 lakh PA average salary of 3rd batch of Graduate Insolvency Programme
The third batch of the Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) received an average package of Rs 16 lakh a year, as all students of the batch got placed in large and medium consulting, law and CA firms. A package of Rs 34 lakh per annum was the highest received by any student of the third batch, according to the prospectus for the 2024-26 session, which is likely to begin from July this year.
The prospectus also lists the achievers of the Post Graduate Insolvency Programme. According to the achiever’s list, Divyansh Dev became the first GIP student who got placed overseas. He is working with PwC Canada. Araventhan SE became the first Graduate Insolvency Programme who got placed in the country’s only information utility. Prakul Thadi became the first GIP student to be appointed as the IRP in an insolvency matter. Anjaji Mukaty became the first Graduate Insolvency Programme student to join the Bar Association at NCLT – Indore.
Meanwhile, the registration process for the new session of Graduate Insolvency Programme (GIP) started from 12th February 2023. The registration closes on 27 April 2024, and the GIPCET Exam is to be conducted on 19 May 2023. The classes for the Graduate Insolvency Programme 2023-25 session are likely to start from 1 July 2024.

Selection
- Eligible candidates will have to clear MCQs-Online.
- Based on the performance in the MCQs-Online, candidates will be invited for Group Discussion and Personal interview to be held under the oversight of observers who are experts in the subject and members of the faculty.
- Personal Interview & Group Discussion of shortlisted candidates.
Batch Size
A maximum of 52 students only will be enrolled for effective learning.
Reservation
Seats are reserved for candidates belonging to SC/ST or OBC category as per the government norms.
Test Centres
Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Allahabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh-Mohali, Chennai, Cuttack, Delhi-NCR, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai-Navi Mumbai- Thane and Trivandrum.
Candidates will be given the option to select any four cities in order of their preference.
