Reliance Retail, Adanis and Jindal Power among 48 entities in final list of suitors for Future Retail
Reliance Retail, Adani group-backed April Moon Retail, Jindal Power and JC Flowers Asset Reconstruction Company are among the 48 entities who have made it to the final list of prospective resolution applicants (PRAs) for Future Retail Limited (Corporate Debtor).
Only Bommidala Enterprises Pvt Ltd, which was in the provisional list of 49 PRAs, could not make it to the final list.
The following entities, which have submitted their expression of interest as prospective resolution applicants in respect of Future Retail Limited (Corporate Debtor), are included in the final list of eligible prospective resolution applicants in terms of Regulation 36A(12) of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (CIRP Regulations), Future Retial said in an exchange filing.

The inclusion of the aforementioned entities in the final list remains subject to receipt and verification of all documents as sought / may be sought by the Resolution Professional of Future Retail and/ or his authorized representatives.
Following entities have submitted their communications expressing their intent to participate in the resolution process of Corporate Debtor/ expressions of interest to act as a prospective resolution applicant in respect of certain clusters of assets, after the expiry of deadline for submission of expressions of interest as per Form G and IEOI. The resolution professional has sought views of the committee of creditors of Future Retail in this regard.
