The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law National Law University, Delhi, in association with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is organizing a 2-day certificate course on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

About the Course

A 2-day Certificate course on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The course appraises the participants on the basics and fundamentals of India’s Insolvency and Bankruptcy processes. Introduces participants to aspects of insolvency law.

Prepares participants for further advanced studies and research in Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws.

Enables greater attention to emerging issues of insolvency and bankruptcy law and broaden participants’ horizons.
